1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund. This period includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal required by European regulations.

After that period, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange, except in cases provided for by the legal guarantee or for product defects in accordance with current regulations.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be able to make a return:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • It must include all accessories, labels, and manuals.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

No returns accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Sealed hygiene or health items once opened.
  • Downloadable products or digital content already activated.
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).

3. PROCEDURE

Send an email to info@innovaen.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  1. We will send you the instructions and the return form.
  2. Pack the product securely and send it to the address indicated.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will confirm the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the order has an issue attributable to INNOVAEN .

5. REFUNDS

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation . The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment method.

6. CHANGES

Products will only be replaced if they arrive defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@innovaen.com .

7. ITEMS ON SALE

Products purchased with a discount or promotion can also be returned within the same 30-day period.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee in accordance with Spanish and European legislation. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
